Website hosting
We use Microsoft Azure to deliver this website. IP address, time of access, requested address and technical browser and connection data are processed to deliver content and protect the service against faults and misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.
Hosting and technical service providers receive the data needed for these purposes, including Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and affiliated Microsoft companies. Microsoft’s data protection agreement applies. Depending on the service, processing outside the European Economic Area may occur subject to the transfer safeguards specified in that agreement, including standard contractual clauses. Non-binding quote request
When you submit the form, we process the information you provide, including company, name, contact details, requested dates, number of guests, preferred apartment and message, to check availability and prepare an individual quote. Your request is stored in our internal administration system and handled by the responsible staff. Submitting the form does not trigger an automatic email or a booking.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested before entering a contract. For company contacts and general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies, based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Required fields are marked. Without the necessary contact and stay information, we cannot prepare a suitable quote.
WhatsApp and phone
Using the WhatsApp link is optional. Only clicking the link opens WhatsApp; no WhatsApp components are loaded beforehand. WhatsApp Ireland Limited provides the service in the EEA. Connection, usage and account data and the content you send may be processed there, including with companies outside the EEA. YouTube apartment videos
A video loads only after you explicitly select “Load YouTube video” in its video area. There is no connection to YouTube or Google before this action. We then use privacy-enhanced mode through youtube-nocookie.com. Google Ireland Limited and affiliated companies may process your IP address, device and usage data; cookies or similar technologies and processing in the United States may be involved. Loading is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where required, Section 25(1) TDDDG. “Disable video” stops further connections from the embedded player. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing. Apartment information remains available without playing a video.
Cookies and external content
We do not use audience analytics, advertising trackers, externally loaded fonts or embedded maps. External videos load only after the choice described above.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the stated purposes. We delete enquiries once they have been conclusively handled, unless they are needed for a subsequent contract, statutory retention duties, or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Technical logs are retained for operating and securing the service and then deleted; a specific security incident may require longer retention.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can withdraw consent for the future.
